Server
Server responsibilities include:
Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of dining area
Answering questions regarding menu options
Taking orders and serving food and beverages
Providing friendly, attentive service to all guests
Host
Host responsibilities include:
Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of reception area
Welcoming guests as they arrive
Escorting guests to their tables, presenting menus and introducing servers
Provide answers pertaining to wait times, reservations, etc.
Bartenders
Bartender responsibilities include:
Prepare beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) for patrons
Mix and serve specialty cocktails
Ensure bar is fully stocked
Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age
Line Cook
Line cook responsibilities include:
Prepare and stock stations as needed
Assist chef as needed and cook menu items with other members of kitchen staff
Stock inventory as needed
Ensure food is prepared and delivered in a timely manner
Dishwasher/Busser
Dishwasher/busser responsibilities include:
Collect used kitchenware items from dining and kitchen areas
Ensure cleanliness of dining surfaces
Load/unload dishwashers and hand wash items as needed
Store cleaned kitchenware in appropriate areas
