Our Mom’s Restaurant & Bar respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, join our email or SMS marketing programs, contact us, or otherwise interact with Mom’s.

Information you provide

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, voluntarily provided birthday information, marketing preferences and consent, messages or questions, and information connected with orders, loyalty participation, offers, or restaurant interactions.

Our Toast email signup form currently asks for an email address. Other services or signup methods may ask for different information. Optional birthday information used for marketing is separate from a date of birth required to verify eligibility for age-restricted website content.

Consent records

We and our service providers may retain information documenting enrollment, including signup date and time, source, disclosures, marketing selections, consent or withdrawal of consent, and unsubscribe or opt-out records. These records help manage your preferences and document requested communications.

Information collected automatically

We and our service providers may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring website, approximate location derived from an IP address, cookie and analytics information, and dates and times of website activity.

How we use information

We may use information to operate the website and restaurant services; manage signups, subscriptions, and opt-out requests; send requested news, specials, events, and offers; personalize communications; respond to questions; operate ordering, loyalty, and customer service; analyze performance; maintain security; and comply with applicable laws and recordkeeping requirements.

Email and SMS consent are handled separately. Joining the email list does not automatically enroll you in SMS marketing.

Email marketing

If you subscribe to our email list, we may send news, specials, event announcements, and offers from Mom’s. Stop marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. We may still send non-promotional messages needed to complete a transaction, answer a request, or administer a service you use.

SMS marketing

If you separately opt in, we may send recurring promotional text messages about specials, events, news, and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required to make a purchase. See our SMS Terms & Conditions.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that help operate our website, restaurant services, communications, and marketing programs. These may include hosting, ordering, email, SMS, analytics, and support providers, including Squarespace and Toast where applicable.

We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process; to protect guests, employees, rights, or property; to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale; or when you direct or authorize us to do so. The mobile-information restrictions below apply to our SMS program.

Mobile-information protection

We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent records may be provided only to service providers that help deliver and administer Our Mom’s messaging program, subject to appropriate restrictions.

Cookies and analytics

Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand traffic, and evaluate marketing performance. You may reply STOP to stop SMS marketing, unsubscribe through a marketing email, decline optional information, adjust cookie settings, or contact us about correcting or deleting information you provided, subject to legal and operational requirements. We will also honor other reasonable requests that clearly ask us to stop marketing messages.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Information security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children and age-restricted content

Our website and marketing programs are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Alcohol-related content and promotions are intended only for people who are 21 years of age or older.

Third-party services and links
