SMS Terms & Conditions

SMS enrollment is not yet open. The program will begin only after setup and approval are complete.

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the Our Mom’s Restaurant & Bar text messaging program, operated by Our Mom’s Hammond LLC doing business as Our Mom’s Restaurant & Bar. The initial SMS program is a Hammond pilot.

About the program

When you enroll, Our Mom’s Restaurant & Bar may send recurring promotional text messages about specials, events, offers, restaurant news, and other updates from Mom’s. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to make a purchase.

How to enroll

Enroll through an authorized Our Mom’s signup method and complete the separate SMS opt-in. When our Toast messaging number is active, you can text JOIN to that number and follow the enrollment instructions. Clicking a signup link or subscribing to email alone does not enroll you in SMS marketing.

By enrolling, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number, are authorized to consent to messages at that number, and provide accurate information. You agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. We may retain an electronic record of your enrollment and consent.

Alcohol-related content and promotions are intended only for people who are 21 years of age or older.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. Our Mom’s does not charge a separate fee to participate in the program.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to a message from Our Mom’s to cancel SMS marketing. We will also honor other reasonable requests that clearly ask us to stop, including requests sent to info@ourmomsrestaurant.com.

You may receive one final message confirming your cancellation. You will no longer receive marketing text messages unless you provide consent again. To stop email marketing, use the unsubscribe link in an Our Mom’s marketing email separately.

Supported carriers and delivery

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier, network availability, and device compatibility. Participation may not be available through every carrier or device.

If you change or deactivate your mobile number, opt out before doing so or contact us so we can update our records.

Privacy

We use mobile information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent records with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may provide this information to service providers that help operate our messaging program, only as needed to provide those services on our behalf.

Changes to the program or terms

We may modify or discontinue the SMS program or update these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued participation after an update means that you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
